OLD STONE SCHOOL RENTAL RATES

Effective February, 2024

Option 1: Auditorium = $120/hr

Option 2: Cafe and Kitchen = $60/hr

Option 3: West Room = $60/hr

Option 4: Upstairs Music Room = $60/hr

Option 5: Lawn, Stage, and Patio = $70/hr

Option 6: Auditorium, Cafe, Kitchen, Lawn, Stage and Patio = $240/hr

Option 7: All rooms and outdoor spaces (8 AM to 10 PM) = $2,400

Linen and tablecloth fee: $50

Please include your set-up and clean-up time in your full rental time.

OLD STONE SCHOOL RENTAL REGULATIONS  


 

  • Please put key immediately back into lock box  
  • LEAVE NO TRACE and please report any problems to events@OldStoneSchool.org  
  • No Burning candles other than birthday cake candles for a brief happy birthday song.  
  • Please clean areas of use sweep or mop if necessary! 
  • Wipe down counters.  
  • Please remove all food and drinks you brought in
  • Take out trash and recycling items to the bins outside behind the Auditorium. 
  • Please return Chairs to the closet in the front hall and tables to their places behind the stage. 
  • Please turn off all lights and return thermostats to set temperatures upon leaving if you forget please send Allison a note as she can do this remotely if you did forget.  
  • There will be a charge if there is any damage caused or if building not cleaned up.  
  • Set-up and clean-up times must be included in your rental period.
  • Do not move or take furnishings from rooms not included in your contract.
  • For use of our tables, chairs, linens please make a donation on top of your rental fee. 
  • Music must end by 10 p.m.
  • Tenants, guests and all visitors must abide by posted COVID guidelines.
