OLD STONE SCHOOL RENTAL RATES

Effective February, 2026

Option 1: Auditorium = $145/hr

Option 2: Auditorium + Café + Kitchen = $180/hr

Option 4: Auditorium + Café + Kitchen + Verandah + Stage = $295/hr

Option 5: Lawn + Verandah + Stage = $100/hr

Option 6:  West Room (1st Floor) = $75/hr

Option 7:  Music Room (2nd Floor) = $75/hr

Option 8: All rooms + Verandah + Lawn + Stage
(8 AM to 10 PM) = $3,200

Linen and tablecloth fee: $8/per cloth

Audio Visual: $50

Kitchen Prep: $50

Staff set up and clean up: $200

Include set-up and clean-up time in full rental time

OLD STONE SCHOOL GENERAL RENTAL REGULATIONS

See contract for full requirements  

  • LEAVE NO TRACE and please report any problems to asherman@Hillsborova.gov 
  • Clean areas of use, sweep or mop if necessary 
  • Wipe down counters  
  • Remove all food and drinks you brought in
  • Remove trash and recycling items to designated area
  • Return chairs/tables to storage areas
  • Turn off all lights, ensure all doors are locked
  • Charges for damage/cleaning will be applied per contract
  • Set-up and clean-up times included in rental time
